GB - Sochi Games 2014

We are now over halfway through Sochi games 2014 and team GB's "Massive" medal haul of four has been the highest since the games began. We have one gold, one silver and two bronze. The latest medal coming in the men's curling. This has been team GB's most successful Winter Olympics since the games began way back in 1924.

I have been glued to the "box" for the past week or so trying to catch as much of the games as possible, despite the upbeat tone the BBC commentators and the competitors have had throughout I cannot help but feel we have underachieved.

If we are to compare are medal tally to the likes of the USA, Canada and Germany we are well down the list. WHY?!?!

We don't have the perfect weather for Winter Games but neither does Germany...
